You may wonder why there is a Brian Coll clip on this blog but he was a country singer who was not afraid to put his money where his mouth was and sponsor some great racers including yer maun himself ,in fact of the two of Joey bikes in the Honda museum in Montegi in Japan the wee 250 still has the Brian Coll stickers on it which is a fact i found out from the new Joey dvd that i bought yesterday at a autojumble in Newtownards where i took there photos of Leslie Mc Masters race Honda.And as usual bought some other shit that i didn,t need but shit that might come in handy someday ???

last night i watched the extras on the Closer to the Edge dvd which i got for christmas ,on the exrtras there is a feature film called Charge all about the zero emmisions TT ,its narrated by Obi Wan i have to admit i am not a fan of his but the film content was good ,when i watched the electric bikes at practice at last years TT i was not impressed maybe just because of the lack of noise which is so much a part of racing but after watching the effort put in to build the bikes i am alot more interested and if i can afford to get to TT 2012 i will definatly check out more of these bikes,here are some pics i took in the pits last year so i must have subconciously had a bit of interest,,,,

I have just finished the Mick Grant book taking the Mick,it is a good read like all motorcycle racer book the first three quarters are the most interesting ,it was very good to read about Joey and Micks races with him ,yea its a worthwhils read well done Mick,,,
