Joey Time
Yesterday would have been Joeys 61st birthday,I wonder would he have kept racing its hard to ever have seen him quit,,as I said before I bought a Joey rep of Freddie Friths tailor in the UK,a very nice and honest man thankfully as I just posted him the money for the helmet without seeing it but was not disappointed when it arrived complete with all the extras that make this run of helmets that bit more special, judge for yourselves !!!

Shake down
We gave the wee TL a shake down run on the mountain yesterday ,climbs surprising well for a cg125 engine maybe I will get better gearing for it now,the new Chinese carb and petrol tap worked out at last,Gary took the 200 and his last trials run was a 290 Sherco but he was well happy on the 200,tea and wagon wheels helped us deal with the miserable conditions and please note its a good hangover cure also,,,,,

Honda CB 750
The CB 750 as well as being a very iconic bike is also one that is close to my heart as it was a bike that helped get me totally besotted with bikes at a very early age.Sadly the one lad in our town that had one got killed of it in the early seventies and his mother brought the crashed bike to our house for my father to rebuild as she said that it is what her son would have wanted,as he was so proud of his CB750,this bike I watched Patsy put back together and spent a lot of my time sitting on it making the motorbike sounds we all have made at some time or other.when I seen the gold side panel on this one at the show the memories came back again and they were good memories for me ,,,
Richie mc Loughlin supporters club
Last Sunday evening we got together with Richie to form a supporters club and try and help him with some entries and money for spares for the coming season.Last year Richie won the Southern centre Senior support championship, got third in the Irish senior support and third in the Ulster championship.
This season he hopes to not only do the Nationals but the Northwest and Ulster and make his debut on the Manx circuit,Richie has shown some great form with a 118 mph lap of the Dundrod circuit on a very lightly modified Yamaha R6.
Anybody interested in hearing more or throwing a few bob in the pot can email me at (fingymoto@hotmail.com)some of you have already made contributions and these are much appreciated,,,
